What: Stake Mid-Singles FHE - Astros Game
When: Monday, September 16th
Where: Minute Maid Park (501 Crawford Street)
Carpool: Meet at Bering Building @6:15, Game starts @7pm

Details: Come to the Astros baseball game for FHE, where they will playing against the Reds. Meet at the Union Station gate @6:45 to get tickets. Please carpool to reduce parking costs.
What: Stake Mid-Singles Service Activity
When: Saturday, September 21st (9am-12)
Where: Hermann Park (6100 Hermann Park Dr.)

Bring: Signed waiver (will be sent out by email later), water bottle, snacks, wear clothes to work outdoors in (no shorts/sandals!)
Details: We will be helping out with the "BlazingStar" project, whose purpose is to revitalize the prairie areas in Houston. This will involve digging/planting, so be prepared. Park in the Zoo parking lot (closer to Miller Outdoor theatre) and meet near the entrance to the Japanese Garden close to the lake. Further details will be sent out in an email.
What: Stake Mid-Singles Break-the-Fast Potluck "Tailgate Party"
When: Sunday, September 29th (@5pm)Where: Home of Brent&April Mecham (4015 St. Michaels Ct., Sugar Land, TX 77479)Details: Potluck dinner with a twist - bring your favorite "Game Day" food. Come celebrate the return of football season!
